An interactive three hour workshop that will provide practical advice and information to help managers feel confident and able to support their teams managing long term health conditions or caring responsibilities effectively. We will consider:

• Creating a culture of support that demonstrates company values
• Reasonable adjustments: what they are and how they can be implemented
• Having difficult conversations
• Managing change and uncertainty
• Supporting people to return to work
• Building and maintaining flexible working
  
• Creating clear policies and procedures
• Legal requirements and understanding The Employment Rights Act 1996, The Health and Safety at Work and Equality Act 2010 and The Carers Leave Regulations 2024
